Excellent location, short walk to beach and archeological site, delicious breakfast with lots of options, pleasant and helpful staff, Elizabeth at front desk was a true gem.
Nothing at all.

Convenient location near beach and Selinunte temples
One negative experience. The hotel has underground parking at 5 euros a night. On my return from visiting Segesta I found the entrance to it blocked by a car parked right in front of the entrance. The road in front of the hotel is a one way street and I got into trouble with people hooting behind. Eventually I had to go round again - it's quite a long way, about 5 minutes and even then the entrance was still partially blocked and therefore difficult. I felt stressed. It turned out that the car belonged to the father of the hotel receptionist visiting his son. Why he couldn't himself go down into the car park, I don't know. The whole thing seemed so amateurish (even if one gets used to this kind of incident in Italy), i.e. there seemed no awareness of how an overseas hotel guest would react. Negatively, of course.

Contemporary design in public areas and rooms. Staff helpful. Very close to entrance to Selinunte.
Roof-top terrace with views over Selinunte is not open until later in the season (June?) which was a disappointment as that was one of our reasons for chosing the hotel. Otherwise, one might select a hotel on the seafront.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the quietness of the area which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel's location was ideal; close to the beach and some restaurants. I also enjoyed the delicious assortment of baked goods served during the breakfast.
The hotel lacked family-friendly activities and amenities. the walls were thin, and the elevator was not only slow but small, causing some inconvenience.

Excellent breakfast, recent hotel, very well located

It was a good location with easy parking, at least in the spring. We had a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom which was nice.
Breakfast coffee was terrible - not up to Italian standards. Internet was only available in the lobby, not in the rooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxury hotel. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the famous Greek ruins at Selinunte. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the archaeological site and explore the ancient wonders. Additionally, the hotel offered a comfortable room with excellent amenities, such as air conditioning and a safe. The patio provided a lovely space to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The outdoor dining area was a delightful spot to enjoy a delicious breakfast, with a wide range of options to choose from. this place exceeded our expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable stay with excellent service and a convenient location near the Greek ruins.

My recent stay at this seaside hotel was wonderful. We loved the proximity to the ancient Greek ruins of Selinunte, just a short walk away. The harbour and scenic coastline were also within walking distance- perfect for morning jogs. The spacious rooms had all of the amenities we needed with a clean, modern-style bathroom. The staff were very friendly, provided excellent service, and the breakfast spread was delicious- complete with a great cup of coffee. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean.
As a light sleeper, the noise from the road was a bit disruptive at times, but it didn't detract from the overall experience.

stylish interior, nice room and bath, close to the harbor and beach, friendly staff
Although we stayed off-season (hotel was by no means fully booked), the crew was a bit understaffed. In the morning: one person for front desk, breakfast board, coffee and tea. Restaurant was closed, but this was not announced on the web site. One day they had noisy reconstructions going on, from 7:30 in the morning. Bricks, dust laying on our floor.

We loved the location of the hotel, as it was near both the beach and the ancient ruins. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide selection of options. We also appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, making our stay even more pleasant.
Nothing.

Well located but Selinunte is pretty small town anyhow. Room was pretty clean. Breakfast is ok.
People at reception not really speaking english and not always nice. Parking is too small for the hotel, car got damaged. Rooms are noisy, hearing toilets or showers from other rooms.

The room was really clean and modern and a huge free parking few meters before the hotel. But I was not expecting less for a 4star hotel.

Great value for money: got a good deal on the room for the weekend. The hotel is located near the beach and has beautiful surroundings. Nice breakfast, really good coffee and a large selection of traditional food.
The room was not cleaned to a good standard. Toilet was dirty and the shower had orange stains on the floor.
